New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Kumar Khetan and Madhumita Daolagupu as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on its Board.
The appointments were conveyed by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, through an order dated August 14, 2026.

According to the regulatory filing, the two appointees have been appointed to HCL’s Board as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors.

Appointments Made by Ministry of Mines
The Ministry of Mines issued the order communicating the appointments of Ashish Kumar Khetan and Madhumita Daolagupu to Hindustan Copper Limited.
The appointments form part of the Board-level changes at the public sector copper company and strengthen its Board with two new independent directors.
HCL to Complete Statutory Formalities
Hindustan Copper Limited said it will complete the necessary statutory formalities related to the appointments.
The company will also make further disclosures, wherever required, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
The latest disclosure has been made by HCL to comply with applicable stock exchange and SEBI requirements.
