Mumbai: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced a senior management change following the superannuation of Mr Udit Nandi, Head of Operations & Commissioning at the Rajasthan Refinery Project site, with effect from February 1, 2026.
The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring transparency and timely disclosure to investors and stakeholders.
Key Role in Refinery Operations and Commissioning
Mr Nandi retired after a distinguished career with HPCL, during which he played a crucial role in overseeing operations and commissioning of critical refinery infrastructure, particularly at the strategically important Rajasthan Refinery Project.
His tenure was marked by a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and efficient project execution, contributing significantly to HPCL’s capacity expansion and long-term growth objectives in India’s energy sector.
