New Delhi: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has received three awards from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), recognising the company’s performance in City Gas Distribution (CGD) customer care and service delivery as well as pipeline operations.
The awards were presented in New Delhi on October 1, 2026, by Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri to senior HPCL officials.
The recognition highlights HPCL’s focus on customer service, operational efficiency and service excellence across its energy operations.
HPCL Receives Three PNGRB Awards
The three awards recognise HPCL’s performance across two major areas:
- CGD Customer Care and Service Delivery
- Product transportation and pipeline operations
The pipeline-related recognition covers HPCL’s operations through MHMSPL under the LPG category and ASPL under the POL category.
