Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) announced a significant stride in infrastructure development by formalizing a strategic collaboration with India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL). The memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two entities aims at synergizing their expertise to expand infrastructure co-financing, refinancing, project management consultancy services, and capacity-building activities.
Under the leadership of HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha and IIFCL’s Managing Director Padmanabhan Raja Jaishankar, the MoU underscores a commitment to bolstering cooperation and leveraging respective strengths for mutual benefit. Senior officials, including M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning) of HUDCO, and Pawan K Kumar, Deputy Managing Director of IIFCL, witnessed the signing, underscoring the significance of the collaboration in advancing India’s infrastructure landscape.
