New Delhi: The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) has signed its annual Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) for the financial year 2025-26, setting out strategic performance parameters aimed at promoting sustainable urban development.
The MoU was executed in both digital and physical formats, underscoring HUDCO’s hybrid and adaptive governance approach.
Focus on Financial and Non-Financial Excellence
The MoU outlines key performance metrics, including:
- Financial ratios
- Non-financial indicators such as:
- Procurement through Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
- Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) expenditure
These targets are aligned with the ‘Excellent’ benchmarks finalized by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance.
