Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO), a leading public sector enterprise in housing and infrastructure development, reported a 52% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹688.62 crore for the September quarter. This marks a significant increase from ₹451.65 crore in the same period last year.
HUDCO’s total income for the second quarter of the current fiscal year also rose, reaching ₹2,526.14 crore compared to ₹1,880.85 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.
