Digha: West Bengal: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) took a significant step in promoting sustainable agriculture as Dr. S. P. Mohanty, Managing Director of HURL, delivered the inaugural address at the Fertiliser Management Development Programme (FMDP) in Digha. Dr. Mohanty, who also serves as the Co-Chairman of the Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) – Eastern Zone, set a purposeful and visionary tone for the programme.
