2007 batch IAS officer Devinder Pal Singh Kharbanda, who is presently posted as Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training with additional charge of the posts of Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Administrative Secretary, Investment Promotion and CEO, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion, has been transferred and posted as Director Industries and Commerce with additional charges of Administrative Secretary, Investment Promotion and CEO, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion.
