55 IAS Officers of Bihar Cadre Promoted to Under Secy Rank

The officers are from batches 2011-2014

Fifty five IAS officers from the Bihar cadre were promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade. These officers are now entitled to draw the Additional Secretary Level Pay Scale upon assuming their office. The officers are from batches 2011 and 2014.

IAS Anil Kumar Jha stands promoted with effect from February 15, 2023, and Naresh Jha from December 14, 2023. The rest of the 53 bureaucrats got promoted with effect from December 13, 2023.

Here is the list of the transferred bureaucrats with their respective batches:

Bureaucrats from the 2011 batch: Officer Sushil Kumar, Officer Kishori Chaudhary, Officer Purshottam Paswan, Officer Ujjwal Kumar Singh, Officer Vinay Kumar Rao, Officer Naresh Jha, Officer Ranjani Kant, Officer Sanjay Kumar, Officer Shashank Shekhar Sinha, Officer Mukesh Kumar Sinha, Officer Nirmal Kumar, Officer Shiv Kumar Shaiva, Officer Birendra Paswan, Officer Arvind Mandal, Officer Anil Chaudhary, Officer Vishwanath Chaidhary, and Officer Brajesh Kumar got promoted.

Bureaucrats from the 2012 batch: Officer Arun Kumar Singh, Officer Vibhuti Ranjan Chaudhary, and Officer Anil Kumar Jha were promoted. 

Bureaucrats from the 2013 batch: Officer Naveen, Officer Jay Prakash Singh, Officer Alok Kumar, Officer Mohammad Maqsood Alam, Officer Animesh Pandey, Officer Satya Prakash Sharma, Officer Upendra Prasad, Officer Arunabh Chandra Verma, Officer Geeta Singh, Officer Arun Kumar Jha, Officer Sanjay Kumar, Officer Nand Kishor Shah, Officer Nishith Verma, Officer Sudhanshu Kumar Singh, Officer Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, Officer Naveen Kumar Singh, Officer Kamlesh Kumar Singh, Officer Rajiv Kumar Shrivastav, and Officer Dr Vidya Nandan Singh, Officer Shailendra Kumar, Officer Satyendra Kumar Singh, Officer Sunil Kumar, Officer Pavan Kumar Sinha, Officer Mahavir Prasad Verma, Officer Manoj Kumar, Officer Ibrar Alam, and Officer Anjula Prasad got promoted.

Bureaucrats from the 2014 batch: Officer Sanjay Kumar, Officer Sangeeta Singh, Officer Anil Kumar Thakur, Officer Mukesh Kumar, Officer Gautam Paswan, Officer Ranjit Kumar, Officer Kalpana Kumari, and Officer Praveen Kumar were promoted.
