The government of Assam has recently orchestrated a minor bureaucratic reshuffle by transferring several IAS and ACS (Assam Civil Service) officials.
The IAS transferees are:
- Mr. Aranyak Saikia (2020 batch), presently posted as Additional District Commissioner (ADC) in Gossaigaon, has been transferred and posted as Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Assam.
- Ms. Simi Karan (2020 batch), last posted as Additional District Commissioner in Bokakhat has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Environment & Forest Department.
- Ms. Ayushi Jain (2020 batch), last posted as Additional District Commissioner in Nazira, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Assam in the Finance Department.
- Mr. Anand Malhotra (2022 batch) has been posted as SDO (Civil) in Sadiya and has been allowed to officiate as the ADC when the Sub-District become operational.
- Ms. Kanika (2022 batch) has been posted as SDO(Civil) in Nazira and has been allowed to officiate as the ADC when the Sub-District become operational.
- Mr. Mridul Shivhare (2022 batch) has been posted as SDO (Civil) in Gossaigaon and has been allowed to officiate as the ADC when the Sub-District become operational.
- Ms. Shivani Jerngal (2022 batch) has been posted as SDO(Civil) in Bokakhat and has been allowed to officiate as the ADC when the Sub-District become operational.
