Bihar IAS Officer Resigns From Post

It has been told in his resignation letter that he is not able to discharge the responsibility due to personal and family reasons.

An IAS officer from Bihar has resigned. The General Administration Department has issued a notification in this regard. After the retirement of Vimlesh Kumar Jha, the government had posted him as Joint Secretary in the General Administration Department for a year. But he submitted his resignation only on 13 June. Today the government has accepted his resignation.

After the retirement of Indian Administrative Service officer Vimlesh Kumar Jha, the government again appointed him as Joint Secretary in the General Administration Department for one year. He retired on 31 December 2021. He was appointed as Joint Secretary on 28 January 2022 for a period of one year from the date of contribution or till regular promotion. But now he has resigned.
