Haryana: 33 IAS Officers Given Promotion, CM’s Principal Secy V Umashankar Promoted to Chief Secy Grade

In a major administrative decision taken by the Manohar Lal Khattar led Haryana government, 33 IAS officers has been promoted. It includes Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s principal secretary, V Umashankar, an IAS officer of 1993 batch.
Mr Umashankar has been promoted to the chief secretary’s grade (level 17 in the pay matrix).
The government has given proforma promotion to three other IAS officers of 1993 batch. They are Deepti Umashankar, Sukriti Likhi and Neerja Sekhar. They all are currently on central deputation.Related Stories

Three IAS officers of the 2008 batch, Mr Anshaj Singh, Mr Rajiv Rattan and Rippudaman Singh Dhillon, have been given the super-time scale (level 14 in the pay matrix).
Another officer of the same batch, Nikhil Gajraj, has been given proforma promotion (level 14 in the pay matrix).
Ten IAS officers of the 2011 batch have been given the selection grade (level 13 in the pay matrix).
The name of the officers are Aditya Dahiya, Amit Khatri, Mukul Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Anju Chaudhary, Mahavir Kaushik, Yash Pal, Yashendra Singh, Narhari Singh Banger and Pardeep Kumar.
The government has given proforma promotion to two IAS officers of the same batch – Vinay Pratap Singh and Vijay Kumar Siddappa Bhavikatti, to the same grade.
Seven IAS officers of the 2015 batch have been promoted to the junior administrative grade (level 12 in the pay matrix).
They are Rahul Hooda, Mohd Imran Raza, Prashant Panwar, Preeti, Uttam Singh, Neha Singh and Shantanu Sharma.
Six IAS officers of the 2020 batch have been given the senior-time scale (level 11 in the pay matrix). The name of the officers are Pradeep Singh, Deepak Babulal Karwa, Pankaj, C Jayasharadha, Harshik Kumar and Rahul Modi.
