IAS officer Prashant Kumar has received transfer orders from the Bihar government. He has been reassigned to the position of Chief General Manager in the Bihar Development Mission, Cabinet Secretariat Department, according to an order issued by the General Administration Department. He formerly served as Director, Social Welfare, with additional responsibilities as Director, Social Security.
