Mr. Ravinder Kumar, a 2012-batch AGMUT cadre IAS officer, was appointed deputy Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Government of India, under the central staffing scheme for four years. Mr. Kumar had earlier served as Administrative Secretary to the LG of Ladakh.
