On March 12th, the government of Jammu and Kashmir (UT), via a circular, mandated Dr. Syed Abdi Rashid Shah (2012 batch IAS officer) to take additional charge as the Director at SKIMS Soura upon the superannuation of Dr. Parvez Koul, earlier this month.
Mr Shah presently serves as the Administrative Secretary in the Department of Health and Medical Education.
