Maharashtra: 8 IAS Transferred, Asheesh Sharma Made Commissioner of Tax, Pravin Puri Commissioner, Persons with Disability

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Maharashtra, the Eknath Shinde-led state government has transferred and posted 8 IAS officers.

1997 batch IAS Asheesh Sharma, who once served as Principal Secretary to current DCM Ajit Pawar, has now been given the responsibility as Commissioner of State Tax (Goods and Services Tax) by the state government.

2011 batch IAS officer Pravin Puri has got a new posting as Commissioner of Persons with Disability in Pune. Before this, he was working as Joint Secretary of Water Supply and Sanitation Department.

IAS Deepak Tawde has been given the responsibility as Commissioner of Employees’ State Insurance Scheme. He was working as the Chief Managing Director of Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation.

IAS officer Vikas Pansare has been given the responsibility as Additional Divisional Commissioner of Konkan Division. Earlier, he was working as the head of the Caste Verification Panel of Ahmednagar district of the state.

2011 batch officer Bhausaheb Dangde has been given the responsibility of the Managing Director of Maharashtra Petrochemical Corporation Limited.

2015 batch IAS officer Aman Mittal, who was working as the Managing Director of Maharashtra Petrochemical Corporation Limited, will now take charge as Deputy Secretary in the Water Supply and Sanitation Department.

2016 batch IAS officer Indurani Jhakhar will now discharge her responsibilities as the Corporation Commissioner of Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation.

Shridhar Dubey, a 2014 batch IAS officer, will discharge his responsibilities as the Managing Director of Maharashtra State Cooperative Marketing Federation in Mumbai.
