Amidst a recent development, Mr. Malwinder Singh Jaggi (2005 batch IAS officer), the incumbent Secretary in the Department of Information & Public Relations, was given additional charge as the Administrative Secretary of the Planning Department and Tourism & Cultural Affairs and the Director of MGSIPA.
