2010 batch IAS officer Sandeep Hans of Punjab cadre has been given additional charge of Secretary, Personnel, Secretary General Administration, and Co-ordination, in addition to his present assignment as Special Secretary, Personnel for the period 2004 batch IAS officer Shruti Singh remains on leave.
