In a sad and unfortunate incident IAS officer Sudhakar Shinde took his last breath on Friday. The 2015 batch officer of Tripura cadre was tested positive of coronavirus and was being treated in a hospital in Aurangabad. The officer who hailed from Nanded, Maharashtra had come to his hometown for holidays.
He was tested positive for the virus and was admitted to Sigma hospital, Aurangabad. However, his condition was still worsening and his family members thought to take him to Ruby Hall clinic in Pune. The officer could not make it to the Pune and was dead before being admitted. A doctor from the Ruby Hall clinic said that his pulse has already stopped when he was reached to the hospital. The sudden demise of this remarkable officer has shook the entire country. He has left behind a son and his wife.
Mr. Shinde was posted as the CEO of Rural Livelihood Mission in Tripura. He is also known for his remarkable work in Prison reforms. The Chief minister of the state Mr. Biplab Kumar Deb has paid his deepest condolences to the officer’s family. Many IAS officers like Nishant Jain, Priyanka Shukla, Sonal Goel along with the IAS Association has expressed their shock and sadness on this unfortunate incident. Mr. Deb has said that losing such a gentle and finest officer is a huge loss for the state.
