Ms. P. Hemalatha, an IAS officer of the 2000 batch from the Karnataka cadre, currently on Central Deputation and serving as Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Kerala, has been assigned additional charge as Secretary of the Spices Board.
