New Delhi — In key bureaucratic developments announced by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) today, senior IAS officer Punya Salila Srivastava and IRS officer Pankaj Bodkhe have received new assignments and changes in postings.
Punya Salila Srivastava Gets Additional Charge
Ms. Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS: 1993: AGMUT), currently serving as Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been assigned additional charge of Secretary, Department of Health Research.
The additional charge will be effective from June 28, 2025, to July 6, 2025, during the leave period of Dr. Rajiv Bahl, as per DoPT’s order dated June 27, 2025.
Pankaj Bodkhe Repatriated from KVIC
Pankaj Bodkhe (IRS-C&IT: 2000), who was serving as Financial Adviser at the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Mumbai, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
This follows the approval of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) and was cleared by the competent authority on personal grounds.
Notably, Bodkhe was appointed to KVIC in April 2023 for a five-year term, set to end in 2028. However, his tenure is being curtailed by nearly three years, and the repatriation is accompanied by an extended cooling-off period.
