Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on June 20th, Mr. Raman Kumar (2009-batch Bihar cadre IAS officer) was appointed Private Secretary to Union Minister for Textiles Mr. Giriraj Singh. Officer Kumar’s tenure shall last until November 28th, 2026, for the remaining five years of his central deputation on a co-terminus basis with Minister Singh.
