Dr. Pranay Misra, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer from the 2013 Chhattisgarh cadre, who was serving as the Assistant Inspector General of Forests (AIGF) at the Regional Office in Lucknow, has been sent back early to his parent cadre in Chhattisgarh by the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change.
