Mr. Anand Kumar Jha, an IFS officer of 1992 batch of Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Cooperation.
The tenure for his appointment is of five years, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, vice Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, an IAS officer of 2004 batch of Bihar cadre.
