The Ministry of External Affairs has recently appointed two senior diplomats as India’s next ambassadors to Turkey and the Netherlands. The two Indian Foreign Service officers are:
- Mr. Muktesh Kumar Pardeshi (1991-batch IFS officer) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Turkiye. Presently, he is serving as an Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of External Affairs and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
- Mr. Kumar Tuhin (1991-batch IFS officer) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Presently, he is serving as Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
