Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju (IAS: 1992: TG) has directed officials to step up investor outreach ahead of the Invest Telangana Global Summit 2026, including roadshows in major foreign countries and a separate programme in New Delhi.
Jaju issued the directions during a high-level review meeting at the state Secretariat on Monday, where preparations for the three-day summit were discussed. The summit is scheduled to be held from December 7 to 9 at Bharat Future City.
Global Companies Targeted for Summit Participation
Jaju directed officials to ensure appropriate representation of prominent companies operating in Telangana on the summit’s Advisory Board or Executive Council.

He also called for efforts to bring the global heads of leading multinational companies to Hyderabad for the event.
“A multi-pronged and focused outreach strategy is needed to engage global leadership and encourage their participation in the Investors Summit,” he said during the meeting.
Roadshows Planned in October
As part of the investor mobilisation exercise, officials have been asked to organise roadshows in major foreign countries during October. The programmes will be used to present Telangana’s investment opportunities, business ecosystem and sector-specific strengths to international investors and corporate leaders.
A separate roadshow is also planned in New Delhi during the last week of October as part of the domestic investor outreach programme.
Preparations Underway for December Summit
The Chief Secretary also reviewed arrangements relating to the summit venue, exhibition facilities, media, hospitality, logistics, protocol, food, cultural programmes and security.
He directed the departments involved to coordinate closely and complete the remaining preparations within the stipulated timelines.
The Invest Telangana Global Summit is being positioned by the state government as an international platform for investors and industry representatives. Earlier preparations have included plans for participation across multiple sectors and dedicated events such as Raksha Expo 2026, covering aerospace, defence and space.
