The deputation tenure of Mr. Padmanabhachar K (2008-batch Indian Ordnance Factories Service officer) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA), Mangaluru, has been extended for an additional two years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on January 22, 2025, the competent authority has approved the proposal to extend Mr. Padmanabhachar’s deputation tenure beyond its current end date of April 26, 2025. His new tenure will now continue until April 26, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
