IPS Jitendra Shukla hosted the flag of Chhattisgarh in the Hot Spring Parade of Ladakh

In the The Hot Spring Parade is organized in the memory of the soldiers martyred in the China attackadakh, IPS Jitendra Shukla of Chhattisgarh became the hero of the Ceremony Parade. This is happening for the first time, when an IPS of Chhattisgarh has got a lead role in this parade. Jitendra Shukla, Commandant of the 16th Battalion of Narayanpur, said that during the five-day program, tributes were paid to the soldiers. During this, the team also reached the inaccessible area where the soldiers were martyred. In memory of the biggest attack of independent India, here selected officers of security forces from across the country gives salute to the martyrs.

Shukla was made the group leader of the team of IPS officers who arrived from all over the country in Hot Spring. He also lead the parade. Police officers who arrived from across the country also visited the places where the encounter took place, including the police memorial. Hot Spring is situated at an altitude of about 16,000 feet above sea level. Where it is very difficult to reach. It is located in the Chang Chenmo Valley of the Ladakh region. It is located three km west of Kongka Pass on the Line of Actual Control. Across the Kongka Pass there is Aksai Chin.
