In a bureaucratic reshuffle in Arunachal Pradesh, the Pema Khandu-led state government has transferred and posted 3 IPS officers and 4 APPS officers with immediate effect.
1997 batch IPS officer R P Meena has been posted as the officer on special duty to the DGP. He was working as Kamle SP.
IPS officer S Prabhu Desai has been appointed as the SP (Crime). He was awaiting posting.
IPS officer and SP of Longding, Mr. Tumme Amo, has been transferred to Aalo in West Siang district and posted as Commandant of the 2nd Arunachal Pradesh Armed Battalion (AAPBN). He was recently posted in the insurgency-hit district, Longding.
While APPS officer Dekio Gumja has been posted as the new SP of Longding. He was serving as the Commandant of 2nd AAPBN-Aalo.
