New Delhi: In a major bureaucratic move, the Delhi Government has effected a reshuffle of 11 Indian Police Service (IPS) and Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Police Service (DANIPS) officers. The Home Department issued the transfer orders on Monday, reassigning officers across important wings of the Delhi Police, including Housing, Security, Vigilance, Licensing, and Economic Offences Wing (EOW).
The reshuffle includes top-level changes involving officers of the 1994 to 2016 batches, affecting the posts of Special Commissioners (Spl. CP), Joint Commissioners (Joint CP), and Additional Deputy Commissioners (Addl. DCP).
