For this, an MOU has been signed between the Haryana Police and the educational institution.

IIM Rohtak and Haryana Police are jointly developing a curriculum. It is also proposed to conduct an Executive Certificate Program in Data Analytics specially designed for Policing applications. Under this, methods will also be found to create synergy between the work of the police and the expectations of the citizens.

The state government will nominate officers who have studied management. This agreement with the Police Management Educational Institute has been made for a period of five years. The nominated officers will do knowledge-sharing among the faculty and students of the institute. Also assist the state police in capacity building and skill development.

Management education of Haryana Police officers will further improve the quality of investigation of cases. Will enable police personnel to be updated with latest technological interventions for efficient management of records and effective supervision of cases.
