The deputation tenure of 1994 batch IPS officer Ms. Sampat Meena (JH) as Joint Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been extended upto 21.09.2024.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (26.09.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet is conveyed for extension in deputation tenure of Ms. Meena for a combined period of 7 years upto 21.09.2024, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
