IPS Preeti Jain Re-Designated as Director in Department of Economic Affairs

2009 batch IPS officer of Rajasthan cadre, Ms Preeti Jain, who is working as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, has been re-designated as Director.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on 30.01.2023, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the re-designation Ms. Jain as Director for a period upto 14.12.2027 i.e. total five years tenure under the central staffing scheme.
