The government of Uttar Pradesh has recently granted fresh postings to several trainee IPS officers. The office of the state Director General of Police (DGP) has posted 20 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers from the 2021, 2022 and 2023 batches in different districts.
The circular assigns probationary officers of the 76th RR (2023) batch of the Indian Police Service with new appointments. IPS Aashna Chaudhary of the 2023 batch has been deputed to Gorakhpur. IPS Vishwajeet Shaurya of the 2023 batch has been given a new role in the Prayagraj Commissionerate. IPS Prashant Raj (2023 batch) has been sent to Azamgarh.
IPS Alok Raj Narayan (2022 batch) has been posted in Agra Commissionerate. IPS Vivek Tiwari (2022 batch) has been sent to Saharanpur. IPS Rajesh Gunawat (2021 batch) has been posted in Muzaffarnagar & IPS Devesh Chaturvedi (2022 batch) has been sent to Meerut.
