Mr. Rajendra Narayan Das, an IPS officer from the 2006 Chhattisgarh cadre, currently serving as Inspector General in the Special Investigation Branch, Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). This appointment is on a central deputation basis and will last for five years.
