New Delhi: The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), a state-owned enterprise, has announced key appointments in its senior management following Board approval in its meeting on 9 December 2025. These appointments, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, strengthen IREDA’s leadership team in finance and compliance functions.
New Executive Director and General Managers Appointed
The Board approved the appointment of:
- Mr. Tusarkant Parida as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts).
- Mr. Jagdeep Singh as General Manager (Finance & Accounts).
- Punnu Grover as General Manager (Finance & Accounts), who will continue as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) until 30 April 2028, or until further orders.
Profiles and Experience
Punnu Grover holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. She brings over 29 years of professional experience to her role and was previously serving as Additional General Manager (F&A) at IREDA. Her continued position as CCO ensures continuity in compliance and governance functions.
Mr. Tusarkant Parida and Mr. Jagdeep Singh are expected to bring strong expertise in finance and operational management to support IREDA’s strategic objectives in renewable energy financing and project support.
