The government of India has recently mandated Mr. Arjun Singh, a 2014-batch IRS-IT officer, to take charge as the Private Secretary to the Union Minister for Jal Shakti, Mr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary. Mr. Singh’s appointment has been made for a five-year term from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or co-terminus basis or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever transpire earlier.
