IRTS officer Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay has assumed the position of Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway. Before this assignment, he was the Chief Public Relations Officer of North Central Railway in Prayagraj.
Mr. Upadhyay has held several significant roles within the North Central Railway, including Divisional Operations Manager in Jhansi, Senior Divisional Operations Manager (General) for Prayagraj Division, Senior Divisional Operations Manager in Agra, and Deputy Chief Traffic Manager cum Station Director in Kanpur.
