Following a circular issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on June 7th, Mr. Arvind Kumar [2015-batch Indian Statistical Service (ISS) officer] was appointed as Deputy Secretary in NITI Aayog (DEMO) under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for four years with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post until further order, whichever transpires earlier.
