ITDC Q4 FY26 Results: Profit Rises 14%, Declares ₹22.02 Crore Dividend Amid Strong Operational Growth

New Delhi: India Tourism Development Corporation Limited (ITDC) has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a 14% rise in Profit Before Tax (PBT) compared to the previous financial year.

The PSU under the Ministry of Tourism also declared a dividend of ₹22.02 crore to the Government of India.

FY26 Financial Highlights

ITDC’s performance for FY 2025–26 reflects steady growth supported by operational improvements across its business verticals:

  • PBT growth: 14% year-on-year
  • Strong contribution from strategic business units (SBUs)
  • Improved operational efficiencies across services

The company stated that its focus on resource optimisation and service enhancement supported overall profitability.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Mugdha Sinha said ITDC’s performance reflects its focus on strengthening services while maintaining the legacy of the organisation.

  • Strengthening India’s tourism ecosystem

Legacy Milestones in FY26

The financial year 2025–26 was also significant for ITDC as the organisation:

  • Completed 60 years of its establishment
  • Marked 70 years of The Ashok, New Delhi

These milestones reinforced ITDC’s role as a key player in India’s hospitality and tourism sector.
