Jharkhand: 14 IAS Officers Shifted, Arava Rajkamal Posted As Director, Mining

In a major reshuffle, the Jharkhand government issued transfer and posting orders for 14 IAS officers across the state, on Monday. The list is as follow:

Arava Rajkamal has been posted as Director, Mining with additional charge of Director, Industries. He is an IAS officer of 2008 batch and Jharkhand cadre and was awaiting posting. Whereas, Amit Kumar, who was Director Mining, has been transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi with additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority.

DDC, Godda Sanjay Sinha has been transferred and posted as Director, Agriculture. He is an IAS officer of 2010 batch and Jharkhand cadre. While, Additional Secretary, Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Shashi Prakash Jha has been transferred and posted as Director, Social Welfare Department.

Sandeep Singh of 2012 batch has been posted as CEO, JSLPC. Director, Welfare Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh has been transferred and posted as CEO, JAP IT. Gholap Ramesh Gorakh, who is Joint Secretary, Rural Works Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Finance Department.

Ajay Nath Jha has been transferred and posted as Tribal Welfare Commissioner. He is currently serving as Additional Secretary, ST, SC, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department.

Suraj Kumar has been transferred and posted Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Mr. Kumar, who is an IAS of 2013 batch and Jharkhand cadre, is currently CEO, JSLPC. Sushant Gaurav has been posted as Director, Sports.

Faiz Aq Ahmad Mumtaz has been posted as Excise Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Beverage Corporation. He was awaiting posting.

Bhor Singh Yadav and Madhvi Mishra have been posted as Commercial Tax Commissioner, Ranchi and MD, Jharkhand Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, respectively. Aditya Ranjan has been posted as Director, Animal Husbandry.
