Ranchi: The Jharkhand state government has made two key postings within the Jharkhand Administrative Service (JAS), as part of a departmental reshuffle.
Kumud Kumar Jha, who was previously serving in the Rural Development Department, has been transferred to the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department. Jha will serve as Under Secretary in the department until further orders.
Meanwhile, Piyusha Shalina Dona Minj, who had been on the waiting list, has also been posted as Under Secretary. Minj will take up her new role in the Cabinet Secretariat and Monitoring Department, after her service was withdrawn from the Rural Development Department.
The Personnel Department issued the official order for both transfers.
These changes are expected to streamline operations within these departments, as the government continues to focus on improving service delivery across key sectors.
