On July 2nd, the government of Kerala orchestrated a minor bureaucratic reshuffle. The Vijayan government created an ex-cadre post of Director for the Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare Department for one year in the junior administrative grade of IAS.
Ms. Adeela Abdulla (2010 batch), the incumbent Director of the Fisheries Department, was appointed Director of the Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare Department.
Mr. Abdul Nasar B (IAS), presently posted as Additional Secretary of the Revenue Department, was made Director of the Fisheries Department.
Ms. Renu Raj (2015 batch), the incumbent Collector of Wayanad, was made Director of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department. She will also hold full additional charges of the posts of special officer, Tribal resettlement and Development Mission and chief of Tribal Resettlement and Development Mission.
Ms. Meghashree D R (2016 batch), presently posted as Director of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department, was made the new Collector of Wayanad.
