Ms. Madhubala Kalluri has been recommended for appointment as the next Director (Finance) of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. The recommendation was made by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) during its selection meeting held on April 30, 2025.
Ms. Kalluri is currently serving as General Manager (Finance & Accounts) in MIDHANI. She was selected from among eight candidates who were interviewed by the PESB panel. The other candidates were from various PSUs, including NTPC Limited, MTNL Limited, Hil (India) Limited, Bridge And Roof Company (India) Limited, NBCC (India) Limited, and DNH Power Distribution Corporation Limited.
As Director (Finance), Ms. Kalluri will become a member of the Board of Directors and report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of MIDHANI. She will be responsible for the overall finance and accounts functions of the organisation, including policy formulation and implementation in financial matters.
