CM Dr. Mohan Yadav on Wednesday emphasized the need for swift resolution of citizens’ grievances, stating that administrative delays should not deny beneficiaries their rightful entitlements. He was addressing a session of Samadhan Online at Samatva Bhavan, the Chief Minister’s residence, where he personally reviewed and resolved several pending cases from across districts.
CM Stresses Accountability in Administration
The Chief Minister directed that cases should be resolved at the earliest possible level without being escalated to higher grievance platforms like the CM Helpline or Samadhan Online. He called for proactive responsibility from officers, asserting that this reflects a responsible and responsive administration.
In the course of the session, CM Yadav ordered the suspension of an in-charge principal for negligence, issued show-cause notices to four officers, and penalized an insurance company for delayed claim settlement.
Key Grievances Resolved
1. Milk Farmers and Cooperatives
CM Yadav facilitated the payment of milk sale dues to Mr. Kundan Giri Goswami from Seoni district. He highlighted initiatives such as new milk societies, bonuses on milk sales, and increased dairy animal population. Districts like Jabalpur and Gwalior Milk Unions received Rs. 6 crore and Rs. 2 crore, respectively.
2. Subsidy Under Self-Employment Scheme
In Ujjain, entrepreneur Mr. Piyush Kabra received his long-pending loan subsidy. The CM directed strict action against the responsible employee and ordered time-bound disbursal under self-employment schemes.
3. Timely Degree Distribution
In response to Dr. Sharad Kumar Sharma’s complaint from Jabalpur, the CM instructed all universities to organize convocations regularly and ensure timely degree distribution for passed-out students.
4. Crop Insurance Settlement and Penalty
Shajapur resident Mr. Prem Singh Jadoun received his delayed crop insurance, and the insurance company was fined for the lapse.
5. Mandi Fee Reimbursement
The CM directed reimbursement of pending mandi fees to pulse mill operator Mr. Nilesh Sahu from Narsinghpur district.
6. Pension and Scholarships
Pension was released for Ms. Sarojdevi Namdev from Anuppur, while Mr. Sumit Sahu of Vidisha received his scholarship after the suspension of the in-charge principal.
7. Housing and Basic Utilities
In Khargone, show-cause notices were issued to Chief Municipal Officers for withholding Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana installments. Rewa’s Mr. Manish Tiwari received water supply after pipeline repairs under the Nal Jal Yojana.
8. Economic Welfare Grants
In Harda, Mukhyamantri Arthik Kalyan Yojana funds were disbursed to Mr. Mithun Verma. Officials were served show-cause notices for the delay.
9. Commendable Police Work
The police team in Sagar was lauded for swiftly tracing a missing girl, with instructions to prioritize such cases across districts.
Districts and Departments Leading in Complaint Resolution
Guna emerged as the top-performing district in grievance redressal, followed by Singrauli, Raisen, Katni, Sehore, Shajapur, Alirajpur, and Anuppur. Top-performing departments included Energy (91%), Urban Development, Housing, Food, Panchayat & Rural Development, and Home (88% each).
Officers Recognized for Outstanding Public Service
Three officers who resolved 100% of complaints were praised by CM Yadav:
- Mr. K.K. Dubey, Deputy Inspector of Police, Rawatpura, Bhind
- Mr. Mahendra Sharma, SDO, Public Works, Morena
- Mr. Sachin Sahu, Assistant Engineer, Urban Administration, Bhopal

The Samadhan Online session was attended by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain, DGP Mr. Kailash Makwana, and other senior officials, as the Chief Minister reiterated his vision for a citizen-centric and accountable administration in Madhya Pradesh.
