Bhopal: Addressing the inaugural session of IAS Service Meet-2025 at the Academy of Administration, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav underscored the pivotal role of administrative officers in shaping India’s democratic framework post-Independence. He credited Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel for establishing the nation’s administrative system and emphasized that officers were instrumental in transitioning from the rule of kings to a modern democratic state.

Madhya Pradesh as a Hub of Innovation

CM Yadav highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s unique position within India’s federal system. “Madhya Pradesh is like a laboratory, where continuous innovations occur in multiple fields—many of which have been adopted across India and globally,” he said. He praised the coordination between state officers, the Central government, and other states in building the state’s reputation.
