On the occasion of National Voters’ Day, January 25, a state-level program was held to honor officials and employees who performed exceptionally well during the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh. The awards were presented by Governor Mangubhai Patel.
Among those recognized were IAS officers Arvind Dubey, Ravindra Chaudhary, Subhash Kumar Dwivedi, Neha Meena, Ruchika Chauhan, and Rajesh Batham. IAS Ruchika Chauhan, a 2011-batch officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre, currently serving as the District Collector of Gwalior, was among the recipients of the prestigious honor. Similarly, Jhabua Collector Neha Meena was awarded the Best Electoral Practices Award for her exemplary work.
In total, the Governor honored 12 IAS officers, 3 Superintendents of Police (SPs), and 5 IPS officers for their outstanding contributions. The program highlighted the commendable efforts made in districts such as Raisen, Ashoknagar, Jhabua, Ratlam, Narmadapuram, Gwalior, Bhopal, Shivpuri, Bhind, Niwari, Alirajpur, and Datia to ensure smooth and fair electoral processes.
