New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav emphasized the state’s commitment to harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) across key sectors during the India AI Impact Summit 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. He outlined plans to enhance AI adoption in agriculture, healthcare, IT parks, and data center development to drive economic growth and innovation.
AI in Agriculture: Boosting Productivity and Crop Protection
CM Yadav highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s role as a major contributor to India’s agricultural output, particularly in wheat, paddy, and soybean production. He stressed that AI will be used to:
- Increase farmers’ productivity
- Detect and prevent crop diseases early
- Improve decision-making for timely interventions
He added that the state aims to align with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of accelerating technological adoption to strengthen the national economy.
Healthcare and IT Development: AI for Better Services
The Chief Minister announced that AI would be integrated into healthcare systems to enable:
- Early disease detection
- Accurate treatment recommendations
- Efficient delivery of medical services in remote areas
Additionally, IT parks across major and tier-2 cities will be promoted to create employment opportunities for youth and attract investment from tech companies.
AI Data Centers: Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh
Mohan Yadav noted that Madhya Pradesh has abundant land and water resources, making it an ideal location for large-scale AI-enabled data centers. Several companies have been invited to invest, leveraging the state’s land bank for digital infrastructure development.
Engagement with Global Tech Companies
During the summit, CM Yadav held one-on-one meetings with representatives from leading global tech firms, including NVIDIA, Google, Sarvam AI, Jenspark AI, K-Gen AI, Submer Technologies, and Inviscid AI. Discussions focused on:
- Public-private partnerships for AI adoption
- GPU subsidies for startups
- Deployment of sovereign AI and full-stack AI models
- Energy-efficient and immersion-cooled data centers
- Digital twin technologies and smart infrastructure
He also met startup founders from tier-2 cities to encourage AI-based innovation and recognize their contributions.
Strategic AI MoUs Signed
Under CM Yadav’s presence, three strategic MoUs were signed through the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation:
- Jenspark AI – AI infrastructure and governance solutions
- Inviscid AI – Deployment of digital twin technology
- Sarvam AI – Development of sovereign AI infrastructure and AI-enabled services
Additionally, Submer Technologies received a letter of intent to set up energy-efficient, AI-enabled data centers.
Google Pavilion Visit: AI for Tourism and AR/VR
CM Yadav visited the Google Pavilion, exploring applications of AI, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) to boost tourism in Madhya Pradesh.
MP Pavilion Showcase: Innovations and Startups
The Madhya Pradesh pavilion displayed cutting-edge AI solutions developed by startups and academic institutions. CM Yadav observed innovations in AI, gaming, data management, and digital solutions, reflecting the state’s growing AI ecosystem.
