Indore: Madhya Pradesh is poised to make a landmark leap in the areas of urban development and investment with the launch of the Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave 2025 on July 11 at the Brilliant Convention Center, Indore. With the theme “Next Horizon: Building Cities of Tomorrow”, the conclave will focus on futuristic urban infrastructure, sustainable development, and positioning Madhya Pradesh as a key destination on the global investment map.
Building the Future: Cities, Infrastructure, and Opportunities
Organized by the Urban Development and Housing Department, this high-impact event is part of the state’s broader mission under ‘Industry and Employment Year 2025’. The conclave is expected to attract large-scale investment in urban infrastructure, and will serve as a catalyst for economic growth, employment generation, and urban transformation.
The state’s leadership, led by Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, envisions this conclave as a decisive moment in placing Madhya Pradesh among India’s most investment-friendly states, especially in real estate, tourism, hospitality, and logistics.
CM Mohan Yadav to Inaugurate the Conclave
CM Dr Yadav will formally inaugurate the conclave and directly engage with over 1500 industry leaders, real estate developers, hospitality stakeholders, urban planners, and government officials from across the country.
In his vision statement, Dr Yadav emphasized the state’s commitment, “Madhya Pradesh has land, water, power, and an efficient workforce. We are ready to provide every possible support to investors. The Growth Conclave is a gateway to the future.”
Exhibition, Land Presentations, and Investment Opportunities
A major attraction of the conclave will be an exhibition showcasing the work of-

Additionally, prime land parcels from cities like Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal, Gwalior, and Jabalpur will be presented to investors. These tier-2 and tier-3 cities offer affordable land, skilled manpower, and excellent logistics – making them ripe for urban expansion and investment.
