MP CM Mohan Yadav Honours Promoted Police Officers, Completes Long-Pending Promotion Process

Bhopal/Ujjain: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has reiterated that the state government is continuously working for the welfare, respect and rights of government employees.

During his visit to Ujjain, the Chief Minister met police officers and personnel who received promotions after the completion of a long-pending promotion process. On the occasion, he honoured the promoted officials by placing stars and ribbons on their uniforms and extended his best wishes for their bright future.

The promoted police personnel expressed their gratitude to CM Mohan Yadav for resolving the long-awaited promotion issue and said that the decision has increased their confidence and motivation.

In a programme held in Indore, police department officers and employees welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and thanked him for the government’s efforts towards timely promotions.

The promoted officers said that completing the promotion process has boosted employee morale and brought new energy into administrative functioning.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav congratulated the promoted police officials and honoured them by presenting badges. He said that the police force plays a vital role in maintaining law and order and ensuring public safety in the state.

Addressing the promoted officers, CM Yadav said that with new positions come greater responsibilities. He urged them to perform their duties with:

  • Sensitivity towards citizens
  • A strong sense of responsibility

The Chief Minister added that the government is working continuously for the welfare of police personnel, improving training facilities and expanding service-related benefits.

Government Committed to Protecting Employees’ Interests

Officials and employees from the Revenue Department and other departments also expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav after receiving promotions.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is committed to protecting employees’ interests and resolving issues related to their services.

He highlighted that promotions are not merely changes in designation but represent recognition of an employee’s responsibilities, trust and contribution towards public service.

Promotions Boost Employee Confidence and Administrative Efficiency

The promoted officers and employees said that the government’s decision has increased their confidence and encouraged them to work with greater dedication.

They expressed their commitment to contributing towards the development of Madhya Pradesh and improving governance through efficient public service.

The initiative reflects the state government’s focus on employee welfare, administrative strengthening and creating a motivated workforce for better service delivery.
